  • 2 cups cooked chicken, cut into pieces
  • 1/2 cup flour (almond flour)
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1-2 tsp curry powder
  • 1/4 tsp pepper & 1 tsp salt
  • 3 cups milk (almond milk)

Directions

    1) Heat margarine until melted

    2) Add flour, salt, pepper, & curry and boil for 1 minute

    3) Add milk & chicken and heat through

    4) Simmer 20-30 minutes, adding broth as needed

    5) Serve over rice with bananas, pineapple, raisins, peanuts, coconut, apples
