- 1/2 c. onion, sliced
- 1 c. celery, sliced
- 1 c. uncooked white rice
- 2 c. cooked chicken meat
- 1 c. milk
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (less salt kind)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (less salt kind)
- 1 c. hot water or chicken stock
- 1 Tbsp. curry powder
Directions

1Add ingredients together.

2Cook in large covered casserole at 350° for 1/2 hour, stir and continue cooking approximately another 1/2 hour or until done.

3Serve with chutney.

4Makes 8 to 10 servings.
