  • 1/2 c. onion, sliced
  • 1 c. celery, sliced
  • 1 c. uncooked white rice
  • 2 c. cooked chicken meat
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (less salt kind)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (less salt kind)
  • 1 c. hot water or chicken stock
  • 1 Tbsp. curry powder

Directions

    Add ingredients together.

    Cook in large covered casserole at 350° for 1/2 hour, stir and continue cooking approximately another 1/2 hour or until done.

    Serve with chutney.
