- 8 to 10 pieces chicken or drum legs, skinned
- 1 c. crushed tomatoes
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 1/4 c. tomato paste
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp. green chilies
- 1/4 tsp. turmeric
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 tsp. garlic
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Add the rest of the ingredients to the onion mixture; blend together, then add chicken pieces and 1 cup water.

2Let cook over medium heat until chicken is tender, about 1/2 hour.
