  • 6 pieces chicken (thighs)
  • 3 large onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2-inch piece fresh ginger, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. curry powder
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 c. teriyaki sauce
  • 1/4 c. peanut oil
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 chicken cube

Directions

    Brown chicken in teriyaki sauce and peanut oil.

    Add all ingredients except onion.

    Bring to a boil, then simmer for 1/2 hour.

    Serve over white rice.
