Ingredients: 1 large chicken; 1/4 c. chopped onion; 1/4 c. chopped celery; 1 can cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken; 1 can cream of celery soup; 1 can milk; 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing mix; 2 Tbsp. margarine

1 large chicken
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can milk
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing mix
2 Tbsp. margarine

Directions

Cook chicken and remove the bones. Place chicken pieces in bottom of a baking dish (a shallow dish works best). Reserve stock. In a small amount of reserved stock, cook until tender the onion and celery. Combine soups and milk and add to the mixture. Pour mixture over chicken. Cover chicken with stuffing mix. Heat 1 3/4 cups reserved stock with margarine and pour over stuffing. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 375° or until hot and bubbly.
