- 15 to 18 hard-boiled eggs
- 3 c. white vinegar
- 1 c. water
- 1 tsp. salt
- pickling spices to taste (if desired)
Directions

1Boil all except eggs together.

2Shell hard-cooked eggs and place in hot jar (2-quart works well), covering with boiling liquid.

3You can also place a whole red pepper in each jar.

4Cover and let stand 2 or 3 days before eating.
