  • 8 chicken breasts (without bones and skin), halved
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 large can evaporated milk
  • Swiss cheese
  • 14 oz. pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing cubes
  • butter (about 1/2 stick)

Directions

    Mix soup and milk until smooth.

    Put a slice of Swiss cheese on top of each chicken breast.

    Pour some of the soup mixture over all.

    On top of this cover with the stuffing cubes.

    Put rest of the soup mixture on top. Dot with butter. Cover with foil and bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.

    Uncover and bake 15 minutes.
