  • 6 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 jar dried beef
  • 1 c. cream of mushroom soup
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 1 pt. sour cream

Directions

    Cover bottom of shallow 2-quart glass baking dish with dried beef. Wrap each chicken breast with slice of bacon and secure with toothpick. Combine

    sour cream and soup.

    Pour over chicken breasts which have been place on beef in a single layer.

    Bake, uncovered, at 250° for 3 1/2 hours or 2 1/2 hours at 325°. Serve over rice.
