- 1 whole Banana
- 1-1/2 teaspoon Instant Coffee Powder (optional)
- 2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter (optional)
- 1 Tablespoon Drinking Chocolate Powder (optional)
- 3/4 cups Milk
Directions

1The night before you want to make this, cut up the peeled banana and pop it in the freezer.

2When the banana is frozen, put it in a blender or food processor and pulse until it gets broken up. Add whichever additions you want (coffee powder, drinking chocolate or peanut butter, or all!) and pulse again until it is incorporated.

3Pour in the milk and blend until smooth. That's it!

4My favourite combination is coffee and chocolate powder. It's so nice! Also good is peanut butter and chocolate powder.
