  • 1 whole chicken
  • 1/2 tsp. hot sauce
  • 3/4 c. tomato catsup
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 (16 oz.) can sliced carrots

Directions

    Bake chicken at 350° until done.

    Let cool, then debone.

    Add hot sauce, catsup, lemon juice, brown sugar, mustard, vinegar and onion.

    Mix together and pour over chicken.

    Add carrots and bake at 350° for about 45 minutes.
