Directions

   Partially cook broccoli and chicken.

   Butter bottom of a casserole dish.

   Put broccoli in and then chicken pieces.

   Mix remaining mixture together.

   Pour the mix over the chicken.

   Top with shredded Cheddar cheese.

   Cover and cook at 350° for 1/2 hour.
