- 4 boneless breasts of chicken
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1/2 c. light cream
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
Directions

1Saute chicken in 3 tablespoons butter until tender.

2Remove from skillet.

3Stir flour into skillet drippings.

4Add 1 cup chicken broth and the light cream.

5Cook over medium heat, stirring, until sauce thickens.

6Stir in the Dijon mustard.

7Add chicken; heat over low to medium heat for 10 minutes.

8Serve with rice or noodles.
