- 4 chicken breast halves, boneless and skinless
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
- 2 Tbsp. oleo
Directions

1In a skillet, melt 1 tablespoon oleo.

2Brown chicken breast halves.

3Cook for 10 minutes.

4Remove from skillet.

5Add 1 tablespoon oleo.

6Add onion; cook until tender.

7Stir often.

8Add soup, milk, mustard and parsley flakes.

9Heat to boiling.

10Return chicken to skillet.

11Cover; cook over low heat for 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.

12Serve with noodles.

13Garnish with parsley, if desired.
