- 6 c. cabbage, cut in bite size pieces
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. oleo, melted
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. milk
- 2 lb. white cheese
- buttered crumbs
Directions

1Cover the cabbage with 1-quart boiling water.

2Add the salt; boil 5 minutes, drain dry.

3In the melted oleo, add flour and stir well.

4Add milk and cook until thickens a little.

5Put cabbage in baking dish.

6Add cheese to sauce and stir until melted.

7Pour over the cabbage and cover with buttered crumbs.

8Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
