- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb.)
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms (optional)
- 2 Tbsp. dry white wine or water
- 1 (12 oz.) jar Heinz Home Style chicken gravy
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
Directions

1In skillet, brown chicken in oil; remove.

2In same skillet, saute mushrooms until tender.

3Stir in wine, gravy, milk and pepper.

4Add chicken.

5Simmer, uncovered, for 5 to 7 minutes, until chicken is cooked; turn and baste occasionally.

6Stir mustard into sauce just before serving.

7Makes 4 servings.
