- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 large can stewed tomatoes
- 1 lb. chicken, cleaned and skinned
- 3 large potatoes, cubed
- 4 carrots, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Heat oven to 400°.

2Season chicken to taste (I use garlic powder, seasoned salt and lemon pepper).

3Place in a baking dish. Add potatoes, carrots, bell pepper and onion.

4Pour the Worcestershire sauce over the chicken.

5Pour a packet of beef stew seasoning mix over the chicken and vegetables.

6Pour the stewed tomatoes over the top.

7Add mushrooms and cover with foil.

8Bake for 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is tender.
