- 1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 (8 oz.) jar mayonnaise
- 1 pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 can diced green chile peppers
- 1 jalapeno pepper, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Season chicken breasts and place on baking sheet and bake about 25 minutes in oven at about 250 degrees.

2Remove from oven and cool.

3When cool, shred.

4Take shredded chicken and place in medium bowl.

5Mix in cream cheese, mayonnaise, Cheddar cheese, green chile peppers and jalapeno pepper.

6Mix well.

7Spoon chicken mixture into a baking dish.

8Bake uncovered for about 30 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
