- 2 lb. chicken cutlets
- 3 cans cream of chicken soup mix
- 2 cans cream of celery soup mix
- 1 (32 oz.) jar mayo
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 2 (10 oz.) boxes broccoli spears
- 1 lb. rice
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Mix soup mixes and mayo together. Defrost and drain water out of broccoli.

3Roll broccoli inside chicken cutlets.

4Cover with soup mix sauce over chicken cutlets. Sprinkle with grated cheese and then top with bread crumbs.

5Bake for about 1 hour and 45 minutes or until brown.

6Serve over rice. Makes about 6 to 8 servings.
