- 6 to 8 chicken breast halves
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 pkg. frozen broccoli spears or green beans
- 1 to 2 tsp. curry powder
- garlic salt
- pepper
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar
- bread crumbs
Directions

1Remove skin and bones from chicken.

2Cook vegetables only half of cooking time on directions; drain.

3Preheat oven to 350°.

4In bowl, mix together the soup, mayonnaise and seasonings.

5Layer bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking pan with vegetables.

6Place chicken on top of vegetables.

7Cover with sauce; sprinkle light coating of bread crumbs on top.

8Cook, uncovered, for about 45 minutes.

9Add cheese to top; cook until melted.

10Great served over rice!
