Chicken Dressing

  • 2 fryers
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 onion, cut up
  • 1 large box saltine crackers
  • stock juice
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 jar diced pimientos
  • 4 boiled eggs, cut up

Directions

    Boil chicken; put a little salt in to season.

    When real tender, take off the bone.

    Take the large pan that you are going to cook your dressing in and crumble your crackers up, putting them into pan.

    Add the chicken, cream of chicken soup, celery soup, cream of mushroom soup, pimientos, onion and eggs.

    Pour stock juice over ingredients.

    Mix well; may add a little pepper. (Be careful not to over salt, as your crackers are already salted.)

    Bake at 350° until golden brown.
