- 36 chicken wings
- 5 oz. soy sauce
- 4 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Directions

1Cut wings in pieces.

2Set aside bony tips for soup or other use.

3In a shallow pan, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, mustard and garlic powder until well blended.

4Put in the wings and turn to coat.

5Marinate 2 hours in refrigerator.

6Bake in same pan 1 hour at 375°.

7Baste frequently with pan juices.

8Serve hot. Yields 36 servings.
