Chicken Dumpling's

Ingredients

  • 2 lb split chicken breast
  • 1 packages baby carrots sliced
  • 1 large onion dieced (I like red onion)
  • 5 piece's celery diced
  • 4 cubes chicken bullion
  • 1 can 14.5 ozs chicken broth
  • 1 can 10.5 ozs cream of chicken soup
  • 1 tbsp rosemary
  • 1 tbsp lemon pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp garic powder
  • 1/2 tbsp pepper
  • 4 quart water
  • 2 cup bisquick
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 dash each of the same seasoning rosemary,lemon pepper,garlic,and pepper
  • 1 large soup~pot

    add water,chicken,bullion cubes,and seasoning to large pot
  2. 2
    when it start's to boil rapidly add veg and chicken broth
  3. 3
    when chicken is done remove from pot and debone and chop and shred up and put back to pot

    continue to cook till veg are tender

    add can of cream of chicken soup and simmer

    now the dumplings

    mix bisquick and milk together using a fork I like to season it with the same seasoning I added to the water and chicken

    drop by little spoonfull into boiling pot when all dumplings are added cover and simmer bout 10~15 min
