Ingredients
- 1 frying chicken
- 3 medium size onions
- 6 carrots
- 3 stalks celery
- 3 tsp. salt
- 5 bouillon cubes, chicken flavor
- 2 c. Jiffy baking mix
- 2/3 c. milk
Directions

1Cook chicken in pot of water with onion, carrots & celery till tender.

2Remove chicken and cool.

3Tear chicken from bones. Discard skin and bones.

4Let chicken stock cool.

5Remove fat from top of broth.

6Reheat broth along with the chicken, carrots, onion and celery.

7Add bouillon cubes and bring to boil.

8Make dumplings by mixing baking mix and milk together.

9Roll out and cut into squares - add to the boiling broth mixture.

10Cook 20 minutes. Best served in soup bowls.
