- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 4 slices bacon
- 1 jar dried beef
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- white rice
Directions

1Line bottom of casserole dish with dried beef.

2Roll chicken breast in ball with bacon wrapped around it, use toothpick to hold. Mix with mixer:

3sour cream, cream cheese and soup; then pour over the top of chicken and bake at 300° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

4Serve over cooked rice.

5Sauce will thicken a little. Makes 4 servings or can be doubled for more servings.
