  • 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breast
  • 1/4 c. refrigerated Ranch dressing and dip
  • salsa

Directions

    On waxed paper, combine crumbs and chili powder.

    In shallow dish, dip chicken into dressing.

    Coat with crumb mixture.

    On baking sheet, arrange chicken.

    Bake at 400° for 20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink, turning once during baking. Serve with salsa.
