  • 1 can cream of mushroom (not diluted)
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • celery
  • onions
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Saute celery, onions and salt and pepper.

    Cook chicken (save broth); cut into pieces.

    Mix until smooth mushroom soup and sour cream.

    Put into casserole.

    Heat 1 cup chicken broth; add 1 tablespoon butter with sauteed celery and onions to stuffing mix. Spread filling on top.

    Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
