  • 8 (or more) fajita size flour tortillas, broken into pieces
  • 1 whole chicken, cooked, deboned and shredded
  • 12 oz. sour cream
  • 2 cans green enchilada sauce
  • 8 oz. (or more) Jack cheese, shredded

Directions

    Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, then pour into 1 large or 2 small casserole dishes. Cover with foil. Bake at 350° to 375° for about 30 minutes. Remove foil. Add more cheese on top and melt.
