- 2 8 Ounce Packages Of Cream Cheese...softened.
- 1 1/3 cup Of Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese
- 1 tsp Garlic..finely Minced
- 1 1/2 tbsp Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper To Taste
- 1 Rotisserie Chicken Skinned & Shredded. I Just Used Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts.
- 1/2 bunch Cilantro....chopped.
- 4 Green Onions Chopped
- 10 oz Can Of Rotel Tomatoes
- 1 packages Of Tortillas
Directions

1Mix together the cream cheese and shredded Mexican blend cheese in a bowl.

2Add the spices,chicken, tomatoes, green onions and cilantro in a bowl.

3Cover and refrigerate for an hour.

4After the mixture is chilled, place a large spoonful onto a tortilla and spread all the way to the edges.

5Roll up the tortilla and slice.
