  • 2 8 Ounce Packages Of Cream Cheese...softened.
  • 1 1/3 cup Of Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese
  • 1 tsp Garlic..finely Minced
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper To Taste
  • 1 Rotisserie Chicken Skinned & Shredded. I Just Used Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts.
  • 1/2 bunch Cilantro....chopped.
  • 4 Green Onions Chopped
  • 10 oz Can Of Rotel Tomatoes
  • 1 packages Of Tortillas

Directions

    Mix together the cream cheese and shredded Mexican blend cheese in a bowl.

    Add the spices,chicken, tomatoes, green onions and cilantro in a bowl.

    Cover and refrigerate for an hour.

    After the mixture is chilled, place a large spoonful onto a tortilla and spread all the way to the edges.

    Roll up the tortilla and slice.
