  • 1 pkg. egg roll wrappers
  • 1 to 2 lb. ground pork
  • 1 to 2 pkg. Oriental vegetables (frozen)
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp. garlic (fresh)
  • soy sauce to taste
  • 1 to 2 tsp. butter
  • cooking oil to deep fry
  • lettuce leaves
  • dipping sauce

Directions

    Cook ground pork; add butter, garlic, vegetables and soy sauce to taste.

    Cool.

    Add 1 to 2 tablespoons on egg roll wrapper. Wrap according to directions.

    Deep fry.

    Serve wrapped in lettuce leaf and dip in sauce.
