  • 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 c. chopped nuts
  • 4 1/2 c. sliced pears
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine

    Put into unbaked pie crust.

    Cover with another pie crust.

    Bake in 425° oven for 15 minutes; reduce to 350° for 40 minutes.
