Chicken Enchiladas

- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 cans cream of mushroom and chicken soup
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1 small can chopped green chilies
- 1 (2 1/2 lb.) chicken, cooked and deboned
- 1 pkg. corn tortillas
- 1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
Directions

1Saute onion in butter until brown.

2Combine with soup, broth and chilies.

3Add pieces of chicken and mix well.

4Place layer of tortillas, layer of chicken mixture and layer of cheese in a large baking dish.

5Repeat layers until dish is filled.

6Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.

7Serves 6 to 8.
