- 1 whole chicken
- 2 large cans enchilada sauce
- 1 pkg. large flour tortillas
- 2 bunches green onions
- 1 large can Ortega whole peppers
- 2 large sour cream
- 2 c. cheese, grated
- 2 c. sliced olives
Directions

1Boil chicken, skin and bone.

2Dip tortillas in sauce.

3Put chicken, Ortega peppers, sour cream, chopped green onions and cheese together.

4Last, roll into a burrito in rectangle pan, continue.

5Pour remaining sauce over enchiladas and top with strip of any leftover ingredients and cheese.

6Bake 25 to 30 minutes in 350° oven or until cheese melts.
