  • 1 small can tomato paste
  • 3 c. water
  • 1 pkg. (10 count) flour tortillas (soft taco shells)
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • lettuce, chopped
  • tomatoes, chopped
  • sour cream
