- 1 hen or large fryer, boil, bone and cut into cubes
- 1 lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 18 tortillas
- 1 onion
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can chicken broth from cooked chicken
Directions

1Grease large casserole or 2 small ones.

2Put chicken, cheese and onion in each tortilla and fold over.

3Place in casserole. Blend Ro-Tel tomatoes, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup and chicken broth.

4Pour over casserole and bake 45 minutes at 400°.

5Serves 6 to 8.
