- 1 green pepper, minced
- 1 medium onion, minced
- 2 stalks celery, minced
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, crushed
- 1 (10 oz.) can chicken stock
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/4 tsp. cumin
- dash of Tabasco sauce
Directions

1Saute vegetables, except tomatoes, in oil for 4 to 5 minutes. Add tomatoes, chicken stock, tomato sauce and seasonings.
