- 8 oz. cooked chicken, chopped
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 can green enchilada sauce
- 1 can green chiles
- 1/2 can chicken broth
- 9 corn tortillas
- 3/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
Directions

1Mix chicken, sour cream, enchilada sauce, green chiles and chicken broth in pan and heat.

2Fry tortillas until softened. Layer in shallow pan the sauce, tortillas and onion and top with cheese.

3Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
