  • 8 oz. cooked chicken, chopped
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 can green enchilada sauce
  • 1 can green chiles
  • 1/2 can chicken broth
  • 9 corn tortillas
  • 3/4 c. finely chopped onion
  • 8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated

Directions

    Mix chicken, sour cream, enchilada sauce, green chiles and chicken broth in pan and heat.

    Fry tortillas until softened. Layer in shallow pan the sauce, tortillas and onion and top with cheese.

    Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
