- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1 small can chopped green chilies
- 1 (2 to 3 lb.) chicken, cooked and boned
- 1 pkg. corn tortilla chips
- 1 lb. Longhorn cheese, grated
Directions

1Brown onion in butter; combine cream of chicken soup, mushroom soup, chicken broth and green chilies.

2Add pieces of chicken and mix well.

3In a baking dish place a layer of tortilla chips, a layer of chicken sauce and a layer of grated cheese.

4Repeat the layers until the casserole is filled.

5Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
