- 3 cooked chicken breasts or 1 chicken, cooked, boned and cut in small pieces
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1 pkg. corn tortillas, cut in small pieces
- 1 lb. Longhorn cheese, grated
- several drops Tabasco sauce
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 small can chopped green chilies
Directions

1Brown onion in melted butter.

2Combine soups, broth, green chilies, Tabasco sauce and chicken.

3Mix well.

4In large oblong pan, place a layer of cut up tortillas.

5Spoon on chicken mixture. Sprinkle with a layer of cheese.

6Repeat layer.

7Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or so.
