- boned chicken breast
- 1 green bell pepper
- jar pimentos
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 16 oz. Cheddar cheese
- 10 flour tortilla shells
Directions

1Boil chicken until tender; save broth.

2Saute bell pepper and pimentos in broth.

3Add cream of chicken soup and cream of mushroom soup.

4Mix with chicken, cut in small pieces.

5Heat together.

6Cut tortilla shells in two and place in casserole dish. Layer shells, chicken and soup mixture.

7Top with grated Cheddar cheese.

8Heat in oven at 350°.
