- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato puree
- 1 small can chopped green chiles
- 2 c. chopped chicken, cooked
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
- 3 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 c. light cream
- 1 pkg. flour tortillas
Directions

1Saute onion in oil.

2Add garlic, puree, chicken and salt. Simmer 10 minutes.

3Stuff and roll mixture into flour tortillas. Place tortillas in Pam sprayed 13 x 9-inch pan.

4Mix crumbled chicken cubes, cream and cheese and pour over the tortillas.

5Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350°.
