- 1 pkg. small flour tortillas
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 (7 oz.) can diced green chili peppers
- 1 bunch green onions
- 2 c. cooked chicken breasts, diced
- 1 c. plain yogurt
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 (1 lb.) pkg. Co-Jack cheese
Directions

1Melt butter in saucepan; stir in flour gradually.

2Stir in chicken broth.

3Bring to a boil.

4Remove from heat.

5Add yogurt and green chili peppers.

6Roll chicken, 1 tablespoon sauce, cheese and onions in tortillas; place in 9 x 13-inch pan sprayed with cooking oil or spray.

7Pour remaining sauce over enchiladas; sprinkle with cheese and bake in 400° oven for 30 minutes.
