Chicken Enchiladas

- 1 can chopped green chiles
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 boiled and boned chicken (reserve 1 c. broth)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese
- 8 flour tortillas
Directions

1Combine the chiles, onion and margarine.

2Cook together until onion is clear; set aside.

3Mix broth, soup and onion-chiles mixture.

4Add chicken; blend well.

5Warm tortillas.

6Put 1/4 cup chicken mixture on center of tortilla.

7Sprinkle cheese and roll. Place, seam side down, in baking dish.

8Continue for 6 to 8 minutes.

9Pour remaining sauce over enchiladas and spread. Sprinkle remaining cheese over top; bake at 350° until hot and bubbly.
