  • 3 lb. cooked, shredded chicken (white meat)
  • 1 medium sauteed, chopped white or yellow onion
  • 1 can chopped green chilies, drained
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 pkg. flour tortillas
  • 1 can mild enchilada sauce
  • 1 jar Picante sauce
  • garlic powder
  • seasoned salt
  • pepper

Directions

    In large bowl, combine cooked chicken, onions and chilies.

    Mix in seasonings to taste, along with sour cream (enough to more than coat the chicken) and shredded cheese.
