  • 1 medium onion (chopped)
  • 2 or 3 T. oleo
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken soup
  • 1 can Cream Mushroom soup
  • 1 c. chicken broth
  • 1 can green chilles
  • 1 chicken (cooked and boned)
  • 1 pkg. corn tortillas
  • 1 lb. Longhorn cheese (grated)

Directions

    Brown onions in oleo, combine with soups and green peppers. Add chicken; beat well; place layer of chicken, layer of tortillas, layer of sauce, layer of cheese.

    Repeat.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

    Serve hot.
