- 1 1/2 c. diced chicken
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 1/2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 Tbsp. jalapeno chiles (canned or fresh)
- 2 green onions
- 1 (6 oz.) jar Old El Paso enchilada sauce (hot or mild)
Directions

1Use 3/4 of cheese in filling.

2Heat tortillas.

3Fill and fold. Place in greased dish.

4Pour Old El Paso enchilada sauce (hot or mild) over top.

5Put remaining cheese on top and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

6Cover with aluminum foil.
