  • 1 whole chicken or 4 large chicken breasts, skinned
  • 1/2 jar picante sauce
  • flour tortillas
  • grated Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheese (1 pkg. each)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 can water

Directions

    Cook chicken in picante sauce and water until done.

    Debone and break into pieces.

    Mix 1/2 can water and chicken soup together.

    Alternate tortillas, chicken, chicken soup and cheese. Bake in a 375° oven for 45 minutes.

    Serve hot.
