- 3 large chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can chopped green chiles
- 1 lb. hot jalapeno Velveeta cheese
- flour tortillas
Directions

1Boil and debone chicken.

2Mix soup, chiles and Velveeta cheese with 1 cup of chicken broth (add more broth if needed).

3Pour 1/4 of this sauce over chicken.

4Stir until all the chicken is covered in sauce.

5Dip floured tortillas in remaining sauce one at a time, rolling chicken and Cheddar cheese in the tortilla.

6Place tortillas in baking dish.

7Top with any remaining sauce and Cheddar cheese.

8Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
