- 1 (3 lb.) chicken
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 small, chopped onion
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1/8 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. Tabasco
- 8 oz. grated cheese
- 1 doz. flour tortillas
Directions

1Boil chicken; cool and debone.

2Combine soups, broth, spices and Tabasco; blend well.

3Saute onion in margarine.

4Add to soup. Mix in diced chicken.

5Cut tortillas into fourths.

6Line bottom of a 3-quart baking dish with tortillas.

7Spread on chicken mixture. Layer with tortillas and cheese.

8Bake, covered, at 350° for 30 minutes.
