  • 1 fryer, boiled and boned
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. corn tortillas
  • 2 cans mushroom soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 can chopped chillies
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. grated cheese

Directions

    Boil chicken until tender and cut into bite size pieces.

    Put back into broth.

    Add 1 can cream of chicken soup, salt and pepper.

    Cut 8 to 10 flour tortillas into small pieces and add to boiling broth; reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
