- 1 whole chicken
- 1 can Italian tomato soup
- 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
- 1 pkg. corn tortillas
- Cheddar cheese
- Mozzarella cheese
- 1 large can enchilada sauce
- 1 can sliced olives
Directions

1Boil chicken and remove meat from bones.

2Add to chicken both cans of soup and mix well.

3Fill tortillas with chicken mixture. Pour enchilada sauce over filled tortillas.

4Top with both kinds of cheese and olives.

5Bake at 350° until cheese is bubbly.
